Gessic said if elected, he wants to offer people a more transparent budget process, form a dedicated plan to address future needs of Perry residents and execute that plan.
“I have implemented cost-saving plans to save my employer hundreds of thousands over my tenure,” Gessic said.
He is an 11-year village resident.
