Lee Zinn
Zinn wants to return to North Perry Council to resume his eight-year
stint. Zinn said he left council in the 1980s because his machinery
repair business was growing and he wanted to go back to school.
He also has served on the North Perry Zoning Board for 1 1/2 years and
is a member of the National Rifle Association and Academy of Model
Aeronautics.
Zinn said his 25 years as a business owner and background as an engineer lends skills to Village Council.
If elected, the 45-year resident said he would encourage police to
enforce noise control ordinances more often and find a permanent
solution to North Perry’s sand dredging problem.
“It doesn’t matter whose fault it is,” Zinn said. “It needs to be fixed.”
