In her candidate questionnaire, Cossick said development and conservative budgeting are areas she would work to enhance.
“I will review existing contracts and services to ensure that we continue to provide excellent services for our residents,” she wrote.
She said development in areas where “demand warrants it, infrastructure supports it and it will not hurt residential areas,” is a way to provide “smart and managed growth.”
Cossick has experience writing grants and raising funds for the Phillips-Osborne School and the Children’s Miracle Network Committee at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital.
