According to his candidate questionnaire, Hach has served as the treasurer and on the board of directors of the Lake County Council on Aging and the board of directors for Mentor Rotary.
He said he would work with neighboring communities to improve services and continue to pursue service sharing “to save money and manpower.”
In order to improve effectiveness for department heads, Hach said he would promote seminars, classes and brainstorming for department heads.
With experience in real estate development, he said he has worked with large companies and “mom and pop” small businesses to develop mutual beneficial relationships
