Dave Marquard for Avon Lake Municipal Utilities Board

Dave Marquard
If re-elected to the municipal utilities board, Marquard said he will fight to keep the city’s water and sewer rates the lowest in the state, bring in new customers like the City of Westlake, and return the department’s “profits” back in the form of low rates, high quality water, and customer service.
With his 16 years of experience on the board, Marquard said he is confident in his abilities to continue serving the residents of Avon Lake and surrounding communities.
“My future goals include keeping water and sewer rates low by controlling expenses, attracting new customers, and retaining existing customers with outstanding customer service, products, and services,” Marquard said. “We can accomplish these objectives by attracting, motivating, and retaining outstanding employees.”
