Dennis Lambert for North Olmsted City Council president

Dennis Lambert
Lambert, 67, is a retired customer service supervisor for the U.S. Postal Service. A Cleveland native, Lambert has spent the past 20 years living in North Olmsted with his wife, Carol. They've been married 43 years.
The former councilman of Fairview Park, Lambert holds an associates in science from Cuyahoga Community College.
Lambert, a registered Democrat, says that his previous experience with Fairview Park is why citizens should vote for him.
“The real choice comes down to ‘young and ambitious' vs. ‘mature and experienced,'” he said. “I am retired and committed to the position I am running for.”
If elected, Lambert said he will focus on allowing City Council to return to its roots of leadership.
“I am not promising an instant cure for the things that need fixing or improving in North Olmsted,” Lambert said. “I am promising that once we begin the process of making city government more responsible and accountable to the citizens, those needed things will naturally follow.”
