Steve Bukovac for Amherst City Council

Steve Bukovac
Bukovac, a 40-year resident of the city, has two daughters.
If re-elected, Bukovac said he will maintain a “business friendly” mindset with any new, modified or removed legislation presented to council in regards to the growth of new business in Amherst.
Through hard work and careful planning, he said he will help continue the city’s fiscal stability moving forward. With future state and federal monies likely to be further reduced, the city must continue to be fiscally responsible while not incurring any additional burden on residents, Bukovac said.
As councilman, Bukovac said he will continue to be proactive rather than reactive, and will help the city to continuously move forward with vision rather than stagnation.
Bukovac said voters should re-elect him, because as a councilman, he will “continue to bring honest, accountability, commitment, passion, common sense, fresh vision, and most importantly, your voice to Amherst City Council.”
