Thomas E. Ray for Chardon Council

Ray owned and operated a construction management company in the United Kingdom, managed multimillion-dollar contracts and clients’ budgets, and now owns a restaurant on the square.
He has lived in the Chardon area for more than 30 years and is involved with the Chardon Square Association.
He aims to boost business, support street repairs and invest in the city square and beyond.
“I am a hard worker and will do my best for everyone,” he said. “Being self-employed, I understand how hard it is. Everyone should and will be treated equal.”
