Eloise Henry for Richmond Heights mayor

Eloise Henry
Henry has lived in Richmond Heights for 17 years and has served as a City Council member for the past seven years.
She is the chairwoman of the Safety Commission and has served on the Northeast Ohio City Council Association Board for the past three years.
She said she would like to hire an economic development director for the city and develop an economic development committee and hire a grant writer to “secure grants for economic development purposes and to meet other financial objectives.”
Henry also said she would like to improve the city’s financial stability by auditing each of the departments and their processes to determine which areas need improvement.
She would “partner with the schools on service contracts and get involved in union negotiations.”
She added that she would like to sell “most of the city-owned properties.”
