John A. Eberly for Auburn Township trustee

John A. Eberly
Eberly has 16 years' experience as a township trustee. If re-elected, his priorities include maintaining and improving road infrastructure, developing the Auburn Corners retail district, enforcing zoning to maintain Auburn's rural atmosphere and continuing to develop the Auburn Community park.
Eberly said he is proud of being part of a team that converted 34 miles of gravel roads to 54.4 miles of surfaced roads.
Other accomplishments include helping to grow the fire and rescue service from an all-volunteer, respond-from-home-or-work department to a three-man, 24-hour, seven-day a week service operated from a new state-of-the-art facility.
“We worked to get Auburn a single zip, more uniform mail delivery and also made it possible to receive all the motor vehicle taxes that were being paid by our residents to other communities,” he said.
“I will continue to work with our Board to represent the citizens of Auburn Township with fiscally responsible leadership that will keep Auburn the place we all chose to live in and can be proud of.”
